Do players have to provide proof of residency or birth certificate for any coed sports?
Yes, an original birth certificate is needed for Soccer ages 6 and up.
What do I need to register my child for Sports (age group 5 and up)?
1. Original birth certificate
2. Current Report Card/Progress Report with grade level showing
3. Must obtain an ATEGS Players Card
Do parents receive discounts for coaching?
ATEGS requires volunteer participation from all parents involved in its programs.
Head coaches are not given discounted rates, but are awarded complimentary
Team Photo Plaques and coach's shirts to show our appreciation!
What does my registration fee pay for?
Game jersey, officials, administration, liability insurance, facilities.
Are pictures and trophies included in my registration?
No. Pictures and trophies are an optional service provided by AYS Photography
and Trophies. We encourage you to participate in Photos and Trophies. Since the
ATEGS foundation is non-profit, the additional proceeds from photos and
trophies better uniforms / fields / refs, etc.
How are ATEGS coaches selected?
All coaches are parent volunteers.
Does ATEGS require fundraising?
No. ATEGS supplements its programs through your participation in photos,
trophies and equipment sales.
When will I receive my game schedules, uniforms and picture/trophy information?
ATEGS waits until the week of the first game to distribute these materials. This is
to ensure the accuracy of all required information and to limit changes.
How do I find out about any schedule changes to games?
1. Games: Due to unforeseen situations that are sometimes out of our control,
we may need to adjust schedules. You may call the ATEGS main number after
6am of the scheduled game day to find out about rainouts or last minute
cancellations.
2. All Game Schedules and Photo Schedules are on the website. The website
schedules are NOT updated after 4pm on Friday.
